1. Current state
Bodhi is currently offered without a paid subscription unless the customer signs a separate written order. Free access may have fair-use, provider, storage, message, model and security limits. Free access is not promised forever.
2. Introducing paid plans
Before charging, Bodhi will show plan name, INR price, applicable taxes, billing cycle, included seats/entities/storage/model usage, overage policy, support level, renewal and cancellation. Acceptance of general Terms alone does not authorise a payment.
3. Trials
If a future trial is offered, the exact start/end, included limits, conversion behaviour and whether a payment method is required will be shown before enrolment. There is currently no automatic paid conversion.
4. Payment authority and evidence
A UPI intent, QR or payment link is not proof of payment. Only signed provider evidence and settlement reconciliation update paid status. Bodhi does not store full card credentials directly.
5. Cancellation
Future self-service plans should permit cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than deleting records immediately. Export, statutory retention and account closure are separate controls.
6. Refunds
No paid refund rule currently applies. Before paid launch, a clear policy will address duplicate charges, failed provisioning, statutory consumer rights, partial periods, abuse and non-refundable consumed provider usage. Nothing will limit mandatory rights.
7. Usage and AI costs
Token/provider costs vary. Bodhi will not promise a fixed capacity from free model tiers. Paid plans may include budgets and hard caps; exceeding a cap must not silently create unlimited spend.
8. Taxes and invoices
Future tax invoices and GST treatment depend on the configured proprietor identity and registration. These details are pending and no production billing may begin until reviewed.
9. Changes
Future commercial terms require a new version and explicit purchase/renewal notice. Free-period use will not be retroactively billed.
